John Riordan is Chairman of Quintas Capital and is based in Cork and joined the Otonomee board in 2022. He retired as Director of Support for Shopify in 2021, having also served as Chairman of Shopify International Ltd. In his 5 years at Shopify, John led a variety of different customer support teams, including groups in Ireland, Lithuania, Sweden, Canada as well as the Philippines, Japan and China. These teams worked from home, a business model he has been an evangelist for over the last 25 years in the US, UK and Ireland - not just at Shopify but also during his prior roles at Apple and Virgin Atlantic Airways.

John is also a board member of Grow Remote and The Sanctuary Runners, and serves on the Irish Rugby Football Union Commercial & Marketing Committee, as well as being an advisor or board member of a number of start-ups including Otonomee.

Brendan joined Otonomee at the beginning of 2021 with the mission to oversee all HR activities and solidify our remote first operating model. As a HR Director with over 10 years of experience in the industry, Brendan was an integral part of a Leadership Team that scaled Voxpro to 6000 across US, Europe and Asia. He has supported the growth of some of the most iconic brands in the industry, being experienced in acquisitions, geographic expansions, employee engagement, scaling, culture and leadership.

As Otonomee's CTO since 2021, Rafal focuses on driving continuous innovation for both customers and team members, by digitalising core business processes and enabling a top-notch customer experience. Rafal is a highly experienced IT leader in the managed IT services and contact centre industry, having helped to develop and deliver robust and innovative solutions for many unicorn companies globally, including Airbnb, ByteDance, Epic Games and Stripe. His expertise in IT service delivery and architecture design enables Rafal to create technology and CX vision and strategic execution plans for organisations.

Ursula joined Otonomee in 2022 and is responsible for daily operations, and maintaining Otonomee’s standards for operational excellence. Ursula has 20 years’ experience in BPO and operational delivery, working with clients in multiple sectors including utilities, media, financial and public sector. She is a qualified accountant, gaining experience in management accounting and transitioned from financial roles to senior leadership roles leading teams of 350+ people, in multiple sites. Ursula has proven to be results driven, transitioning new clients, implementing projects to develop and support teams and client operations.

Aidan has over 20 years experience in outsourcing having supported many of the most iconic brands in the world. Aidan co-founded Otonomee in 2020 to address the challenges and weaknesses of the traditional BPO model. As Otonomee's CEO, he has scaled the company to over 350 remote employees in Europe, North America & Asia, capitalizing on the opportunity created during the pandemic around remote working, the ability to hire from a wider talent pool and to offer employees a greater employee experience.  

Former Managing Director of Voxpro (2014-2020), Aidan led the growth of the company to 6,000 employees globally along with the acquisition by Telus Digital, a Canadian Telco.

Hilary is Co-Founder and CCO of Otonomee, being responsible for building the Legal & Commercial agreements and Labor Policies that underpin Otonomee’s readiness to scale. Hilary has over 20 years' experience in Business Consultancy and Law, having worked for two of Ireland’s top Ten Law firms as an Investment Fund Lawyer and Client Services Director and as an in-house Legal Counsel in Paris, with French Bank Credit Lyonnaise.  Hilary was a non-Executive Director of Cork University Charity for 4 years (2019-2023) and is on a committee to support the Cork Simon Community, a homeless charity in Ireland.
